“Get It Together” Assignment - Plan an outdoor drive in excursion of between 2 and four days and nights. In the situation that this drive in – or creature comfort camp – isn’t undertaken, you are asked to plan for a trip. “Survival Camp Plan” Assignment - Plan an outdoor survival excursion of between 2 and 5 days and nights. Sleeping will be done in a lean-to built on site, cooking done over a fire, no running water will be available. All organizing must be done in a group, food and any costs agreed upon must be shared within the group. The main planning will be done for you by the instructor, your part of the assignment is determining your role and the what you need to participate in that activity. Example: if the activity is supper, you need to look up what you are scheduled to do as part of preparing the meal, as well as what you are responsible for bringing that will be needed. Basically, this is a double-check to make sure you are prepared for all of the activities. (WLD1030)***

“Ready or Not, Here I Come!!!” Assignment – Come up with a game or activity which can be done in the forest. This activity will be led by each lean-to group for the whole group. It can be an entertaining game, scientific activity, fire side activity, or whatever the group can come up with.
